Responsibilities

• Manage a personal pipeline from inquiry to matriculation.
• Execute daily outreach via calls, texts, interviews, and events.
• Build authentic relationships with students, parents, and influencers.
• Maintain accurate CRM records.
• Represent LBC at campus events, school visits, and fairs.
• Contribute to a referral-generating culture by creating exceptional experiences.
• Participate in team huddles, coaching, and professional development sessions.
• Be student-ready by understanding competitors’ offerings and why LBC stands apart.
