This is agoal-oriented role. Counselors are expected to meet or exceed defined benchmarks for outreach volume, interview conversions, application generation, referral growth, and overall yield. Counselors are coached and evaluated based on consistent, measurable progress toward individual and team goals. A portion of performance metrics will reflect the counselor’s ability togenerate and convert referrals through relationship‑building and trust.
