Job description

Cleary University is seeking a highly organized, student-focused Enrollment Coordinator to serve as a key member of the Enrollment Management team. This role is often the first impression of the University — the person who helps students and families navigate important decisions with clarity, confidence, and care. As the primary point of contact for prospective and current students, faculty, and staff, the Enrollment Coordinator delivers timely, accurate, and solutions-oriented guidance related to admissions, enrollment, financial aid, scholarships, and university policies. If you enjoy solving problems, supporting students, and making complex processes feel manageable, this role offers meaningful daily impact.

Beyond frontline service, this position plays an integral operational leadership role within Enrollment Management. The Enrollment Coordinator oversees the Student Ambassador Program and student workers, manages casework in Salesforce, coordinates campus tours and recruitment events, and collaborates across departments to ensure a seamless student experience. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, values both structure and service, and wants to grow within higher education administration while contributing to a mission-driven institution.

  • Research and troubleshoot enrollment-related issues across multiple systems; escalate complex matters appropriately.
  • Oversee day-to-day front desk operations to ensure a welcoming and efficient environment.
  • Supervise student workers, including hiring, training, scheduling, task delegation, and performance feedback.
  • Manage the Student Ambassador Program, including recruitment, onboarding, communications, assignments, and accountability.
  • Coordinate campus tour staffing and admissions event coverage.
  • Assist Admissions Counselors with recruitment logistics, travel coordination, outreach, and communication workflows.
  • Plan and support recruitment events including open houses, campus tours, interview days, Cleary Days, virtual sessions, and yield events.
  • Conduct outreach to newly enrolled first-year students to support onboarding and retention efforts.
  • Serve as a liaison between prospective students and admissions representatives.

  • Student-centered mindset with empathy and service excellence.
  • Strong organizational and operational skills.
  • Professional discretion and ability to manage sensitive information.
  • Adaptability and flexibility in evolving environments.
