Job summary

Dynamic Works Institute is seeking an Eligibility and Outreach Specialist to build relationships with community organizations and guide participants through enrollment in Accelerate Iowa program services. This role focuses on outreach, eligibility assessments, and coordination across referrals to ensure smooth enrollment.

The position requires strong communication, public speaking, and confidentiality, with a readiness to work flexible hours and travel within Iowa to partner sites.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 1-2 years workforce experience or coordination experience.
• AA or BA preferred for this role.
• Experience with federally funded program eligibility screening or enrollment.
• Experience in community-based organizations or B2B marketing is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with community organizations to encourage enrollment in workforce programs.
• Conduct outreach presentations to diverse audiences including students and community partners.
• Identify and implement outreach opportunities to meet employer needs.
• Attend community events and collaborate with partners; occasional weekend/evening work may be required.
• Assist individuals with understanding and completing enrollment processes.
