Qualifications

• Associate degree or high school diploma with 2–3 years in member/client services or sales.
• Strong sales and enrollment skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proficient typing 35–40 WPM.
• Advanced MS Office and office equipment familiarity.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Manage professional relationships and ensure needs and expectations are met.
• Establish referral goals with each source type and work with team to achieve them.
• Follow up with cancelled or no-show appointments to reschedule promptly.
• Provide quality customer service to clients, potential clients and families.
• Schedule all office appointments and confirmation calls for workshops and initial meetings.
• Convert workshop attendees to vision meetings and follow up promptly.
• Maintain calendars and update client management software with outcomes.
• Travel to training events as needed.
• Adhere to firm core values and participate in staff meetings.
