Job summary

GT Independence, a leading national Financial Management Services provider, is seeking an Enrollment Specialist in Bend, Oregon. You will guide the enrollment process for individuals in self-direction programs, ensure all enrollment documents are complete and accurate, and collaborate with families, guardians, and support circles to support access to services.

This role includes external outreach to community partners to grow enrollment while maintaining strict confidentiality and HIPAA

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in a related field.
• Preferred Associate or Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Services/Social Work, or Marketing/Communication.
• Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as word processing, managing files and records, and terminology.

Responsibilities

• Conducts the enrollment process with the person served and their circle of support in a timely manner.
• Ensures enrollment documents are complete and accurate.
• Recommends improvements to internal process/systems to prevent future issues and to enhance service experience.
• Maintains confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
• Performs external outreach to community partners, referral sources, and stakeholders to support enrollment growth and enhance service accessibility.
