Job summary

Capital University is seeking an Enrollment Communications Coordinator to lead digital and physical communications for prospective students. You will interface between Admission Operations and Integrated Marketing teams to create a robust user experience and timely notifications throughout the enrollment process.

You will manage Slate Deliver campaigns, maintain data quality, generate key reports, and contribute to events-based communications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; admission/enrollment experience and APA style preferred.
• Ability to work closely with a team, be flexible, detail-oriented, and work under deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication with diverse audiences; initiative and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead Slate Deliver module for recruitment communications.
• Set up and optimize emails and texts in Slate Deliver using pre-determined content.
• Collaborate with undergraduate and graduate admissions and marketing teams to update communications.
• Analyze and improve communication workflows across enrollment funnel with Slate and mailings.
• Assist with admission decisions, scholarship notices, and financial aid communications.
