Job summary

ADP, Inc. is seeking a Benefit Solutions Specialist - I to ensure platform configuration and readiness for clients’ annual enrollment processes.

You will coordinate ADP resources and perform hands-on configuration for benefits administration and enrollment across WFN/HRB integrations. Responsibilities include client relationship ownership, data gathering, task coordination with back-office and offshore teams, and providing expert benefits support to ensure accurate enrollments and smooth system

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in Client Support or Benefit Administration functions
• Bachelor's Degree in a Business related field or equivalent education and experience required

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary relationship owner for Comprehensive Benefits clients, including Benefits Administration and Annual Enrollment.
• Support data gathering, requirements analysis and ADP project management during enrollment period.
• Coordinate Benefits Administration and Annual Enrollment tasks with back-office and offshore teams.
• Support configuration and maintenance of WFN and other ADP products related to Benefits.
• Secure information from enrollment sources to configure WFN/HRB and integration connections.
• Manage enrollment-related activities in the project management tool, including data gathering, analysis, testing and data migration.
• Monitor data flow and integration, resolve errors, escalate as needed with carriers/teams.
• Research issues and resolve complex benefit problems, coordinating with colleagues.
• Work with providers to support enrollment, eligibility, invoicing and claims issues.
• Coordinate audits, reconciliation and processes for vendor invoices and QA.
• Provide service for health-welfare programs to clients and internal partners via phone, CRM, email or in person.
• Communicate with internal/external resources to expedite responses to critical processes and situations.
• Upgrade knowledge of health-welfare programs, compliance and product rollouts to better support clients.
