Job summary

ADP is seeking a Benefit Services Specialist to serve as the primary contact for TotalSource clients and internal partners, guiding processing, governance, and administration of health and welfare plans. The role covers enrollment events, audits, and policy changes within TotalSource systems, with emphasis on data integrity and cross-team collaboration.

You will mentor service associates, coordinate annual enrollment, and act as a liaison to ensure accurate benefits delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience in benefits administration and HR processes.
• 2+ years in customer service environment.
• SHRM/PHR/CEBS certifications encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Administer and govern a variety of benefit plans day-to-day within the TotalSource systems.
• Coordinate enrolments, verifications, new hire, life and termination events, and open enrollment processing.
• Provide tier 2 client and internal partner support and resolve benefit issues.
• Coach and train service associates on health and welfare programs.
