Job summary

Blue Cross Blue Shield of Arizona seeks an Enrollment Operations Analyst to collaborate with business leaders, analyze workflow, and implement process improvements in Enrollment Services. You will lead corporate projects, resolve enrollment system issues, and provide day-to-day reporting support.

The role emphasizes data-driven analysis, cross-functional communication, and developing training materials. Onsite one day per week, with a hybrid work arrangement within Arizona; full-time schedule.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in operations with knowledge of enrollment systems (All Levels)
• 3 years of experience in a professional business environment (including internships) (All Levels)
• High-School Diploma or GED in general field of study (All Levels)

Responsibilities

• Analyze and research complex operational problems related to quality control and procedures in assigned unit.
• Develop scopes, business requirements, measurable objectives, risk assessment and issues lists.
• Provide project management and training material development.
• Create and update training material for enrollment processes.
• Develop enrollment workflow rules and data mappings.
