Blue Cross Blue Shield of Arizona is seeking a technical analyst to develop documentation, analyze data structures, and support Trading Partner EDI and flat files. You will design, test, and optimize data flows, write SQL queries, and utilize Splunk or App Insight for monitoring.

Experience in healthcare systems and EDI standards is required. The role supports remote work with residency requirements and onsite expectations per business need, with a focus on data accuracy and timely issue

Formación

• 1 year of college-level coursework in system requirements design and interpretation or support of production systems.
• 3 years of experience in computer technology and/or information systems.
• 2 years of experience in data analysis, data management and integration, and reporting.
• 2 years of EDI experience.

Responsabilidades

• Provide production support and analysis for Trading Partner EDI and flat files.
• Write SQL queries and use Splunk/AppInsight for logging and monitoring.
• Develop technical documentation, mappings, and data flow understanding across systems.
• Participate in testing, QA, and defect resolution for data integration processes.
