Job summary

Corban University seeks a Communications Coordinator in Salem, OR to support enrollment, advancement, alumni, and institutional communications. The role coordinates and executes recurring communications across email, web, and print channels, working with department leaders to gather content, prepare communications, and test emails in the Slate CRM.

Responsibilities include drafting newsletters, coordinating church and high school flows, and updating event and print materials.

Qualifications

• Experience in communications, marketing, project coordination, higher education, or related area preferred.
• Experience with email marketing, CRM systems, website content management, or similar platforms preferred.
• Experience with Slate CRM, or willingness to learn Slate, preferred.
• Experience with Adobe InDesign and Illustrator preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create email templates and build communications in Slate.
• Refresh recurring admissions communications and update monthly scholarship emails.
• Coordinate university communications and weekly newsletters with staff.
• Draft church and school-focused flows with campus partners.
• Prepare quarterly updates for church partners and manage Corban Connection materials.
• Coordinate event registrations and update related communications and website listings.
• Review Admissions print materials and coordinate content changes with staff.
• Help maintain consistency across recurring university communications.
