Responsibilities

• Recruit and enroll a set number of qualified undergraduates from defined regions.
• Advise on admissions, financial aid, scholarships, and cost planning.
• Conduct on-site high school visits and represent Union at events; travel may be required.
• Provide ongoing follow-up to applicants via email, letters, and calls.
• Plan regional recruitment receptions for prospective students and families.
• Handle FERPA-compliant access to student data and enrollment forms.
• Evaluate admission files for recommendations.
• Build networks to grow Union’s reach in new and existing markets.
• Act as an ambassador, upholding Union’s Christian identity and values.
• Assist with other duties as assigned by admissions leadership.
