Job summary

Avila University is seeking a Student Enrollment Advisor with Spanish fluency to lead recruitment and onboarding for Spanish-speaking students and families. The role acts as primary admissions liaison, guiding inquiries through enrollment, coordinating with campus offices, and representing the University at events.

Qualifications

• Professional fluency in both Spanish and English; ability to present information in both languages.
• Ability to conduct admissions presentations in Spanish and explain requirements, deadlines, and resources.
• Strong communication, organizational, and CRM data tracking skills.

Responsibilities

• Guide prospective students from inquiry to enrollment, ensuring timely completion of application and onboarding milestones.
• Monitor progress and resolve barriers by coordinating with Financial Aid, Registrar, Student Life and other offices.
• Engage families in Spanish, providing financial aid guidance and campus resources.
• Represent Avila University at high schools, events, and community programs to build relationships with Spanish-speaking communities.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM and support campus recruitment events and tours.
