Job summary

Stanbridge University is seeking an Admissions Representative to guide prospective students from inquiry to enrollment in a fast-paced, KPI-driven environment.

You will own the full lifecycle of engagement, respond to inquiries, build rapport, conduct interviews, and present program details in alignment with university standards. The role emphasizes high-quality, student-centered outcomes and collaboration with Financial Aid and Academic departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
• 2 years of experience in admissions, higher education, or a customer-facing role.
• Experience in a goal-driven or performance-based environment preferred.
• Knowledge of higher education regulations and compliance standards is a plus.
• Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills in a culturally diverse environment.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and standard office technology.

Responsibilities

• Own the full lifecycle of prospective student engagement, from inquiry through enrollment.
• Respond to phone, web, and in-person inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Build rapport with prospective students and identify their educational and career goals.
• Schedule and conduct admissions interviews with clear, accurate information.
• Guide prospective students through decision-making and enrollment processes.
• Present program content, length, requirements, and outcomes in line with university standards.
