Work Schedule:
  • Monday - Thursday:
    • Two days: 9:00am-6:00pm
    • Two days 10:00am-7:00pm
  • Fridays 8:00am - 5:00pm
Compensation: $20- $28 per hour, based on experience, qualifications, and other relevant factors.

We areseekinga results-driven, student-focused Admissions Representative to join our team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about education and skilled at guiding prospective students toward informed, life-changing academic decisions.

As an Admissions Representative, you will connect students with programs that support their goals while consistently meeting key performance indicators (KPIs) related to outreach volume, contact-to-appointment conversion, application completion, and enrollment success. This dynamic role requirescommunicationskills, a positive attitude, and delivery ofexceptional service in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment.

Key Duties
  • Evaluate prospective students for enrollment eligibility and program fit
  • Conduct outreach through phone calls, emails, and in-person or virtual meetings to support applicants through each step of the admissions process
  • Achieve and maintain enrollment goals by leading through personal performance
  • Guide students from initial inquiry to enrollment, including appointment setting, interviews, application assistance, and follow-up
  • Track student application status and ensure completion of required documentation
  • Assist with recruitment events such as open houses and career fairs

Qualifications

  • Education:
    • High School Diploma or GED
    • A ssociates' or higher degree preferred
  • Experience:
    • Proven experience in sales or customer service, with a track record of meeting or exceeding KPIs such as conversion rates, outreach goals, and closing ratios
    • One or more years of admissions experience in a proprietary (for profit), post-secondary educational setting preferred
  • Skill set:
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to connect with diverse audiences
    • Excellent time management and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment
    • Proficient with Microsoft Office, willing to learn new systems
    • A positive, team-oriented approach and willingness to work occasional evenings or weekends as needed
