Qualifications

  • Assist students in understanding funding resources and navigating the admissions and financial aid process.
  • Coordinate and schedule student appointments, orientation sessions, and campus visits.
  • Maintain accurate student records and update contact history within the student information system.
  • Monitor and track prospective student progression to support class start forecasting.
  • Collaborate with Admissions, Financial Aid, Career Services, and Student Services teams to support student needs.
  • Provide support for admissions events and campus engagement activities.
  • Assist with admissions documentation and ensure required enrollment files are completed and compliant.
  • Maintain admissions communications and campus information boards.
  • Participate in weekly admissions and campus meetings.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Director of Admissions.

Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Compensation: $20-$28 per hour, based on experience, qualifications, and other relevant factors. We expend most candidates to land in the middle of that range.

The Campus Admissions Coordinator provides a high level of customer service to prospective students throughout the admissions process. This role supports the admissions team by assisting students with enrollment preparation, coordinating key admissions activities, and helping ensure a smooth transition from inquiry to class start. The CAC works closely with admissions leadership and campus departments to support student success and improve enrollment outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
