Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of five years of professional office experience, or three years as an Admission and Enrollment Specialist I/Program Assistant II.
• Active Secret Security Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Establish and enforce enrollment and admissions policies.
• Serve as the clearinghouse for enrollments into external training.
• Operate and maintain a computer-based enrollment and training system.
• Serve as the principal distance learning coordinator.
• Provide services to support students in training.
• Develop the annual Schedule of Courses.
• Issue official transcripts to students.
• Provide department student travel services.
• Administer payroll and student attendance services.
