Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of experience advising on and integrating educational technologies into training design.
• Master’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
• Proficiency with KM systems and LMS administration (SharePoint, Cornerstone, Blackboard).
• Experience designing and delivering in diverse training contexts (in-person, blended, virtual).
• Experience advising instructors and staff on technology adoption and curricula integration.
• Ability to research emerging educational technologies and provide innovative practices.
• Knowledge of evaluation design and data analysis for impact assessment.
• Ability to communicate complex concepts to non-technical audiences and work both collaboratively and in leadership roles.
• Authorized to work in the United States full-time and US Citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Assists with sharing, disseminating and aligning information within instructional divisions.
• Evaluates new software products and procedures for School use.
• Identifies new technologies to support instruction and trains staff on educational software and hardware.
• Communicates hardware/software requirements and tracks licenses and renewals.
• Manages budget submissions by collecting requests and costs.
• Submits requests to NFATC Change Control Board for software onOpenNet.
• Maintains SOPs, processes and best practices repository.
• Collaborates with A/V team to provide webinars and video production services.
• Maintains technology devices and coordinates updates with NFATC/Schools.
• Schedules meetings and manages calendars; provides general technical assistance.
• Manages content, links and web uploads on intranet sites and fixes display issues.
