Qualifications

• Knowledge of qualitative and quantitative techniques for evaluating administrative programs and relationships to missions.

Responsibilities

• Plans and conducts studies for efficiency of Bureau operations across units or geographically separated entities.
• Observes processes and analyzes workload, workflow, and turnaround times to assess efficiency.
• Represents findings and recommends adjustments to scope or staffing as directed.
• Drafts reports with findings and recommendations for organizational improvements.
• Applies management principles to design clear authority lines and information flow.
• Prepares and presents organizational designs to Bureau management and drafts related statements and charts.
