You will collaborate with Recruiters, Registrar’s Office and other stakeholders to move applicants from inquiry to enrollment, and assist with online applications and program-specific requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 3 years of work experience in student services.
• Experience with admissions, enrollment, or transfer processes.
• Ability to use data tracking systems and online applications.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of selective admissions programs is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Contacts and meets with prospective and new students to provide admission information.
• Assists students with online applications and enrollment procedures.
• Reviews selective admissions requirements and documents for programs.
• Serves as a liaison between applicants and program directors.
• Schedules campus tours and orientation sessions for new students.
• Prepares reports on admissions and enrollment activities.
