Job summary

SEO Scholars is seeking a part-time, temporary Enrichment Program Assistant to support enrichment programming operations and student management in New York. The role involves creating calendars for up to 50 programs, designing training materials, reviewing essays, and ensuring timely submission of all application components.

The candidate will lead application groups, schedule one-on-one sessions, and assist with visa forms and transportation coordination as needed, reporting to the Senior

Qualifications

High school diploma is required.
Experience managing complex projects with multiple deadlines.
Intermediate to advanced Excel skills and experience with databases.
Ability to work Saturdays and occasional evenings.
Experience working with high school students, particularly in admissions or programming roles.

Responsibilities

Assist the Enrichment Program Operations with creating application calendars for up to 50 enrichment programs and coordinating timelines.
Design training materials and presentations for scholars and caregivers to explain steps in applications.
Review essays and provide constructive feedback to scholars and verify all application components are submitted on time.
Lead application groups and schedule one-on-one support sessions for scholars as needed.
