Job summary

Benevilla is seeking an Enrichment Partner (Caregiver) in Surprise, AZ, to support adults in enrichment activities and daily living tasks. The role operates Monday–Friday from 8:45am to 2:15pm, with a focus on creating meaningful moments and a safe, welcoming setting.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, 1–2 years of caregiving experience, and ability to pass a background check. CPR, TB clearance, First Aid, and related certifications are required, with costs covered by the

• Ability to pass a background check
• Current Fingerprint Clearance Card, CPR certification, TB clearance, First Aid, Food Handlers Card, and Article 9 certification (costs covered by us)
• Reliable transportation to Peoria, Sun City, or Surprise area

Lucy Anne's Place Adult Day Program- 16752 N. Greasewood St., Surprise, AZ.

$15.65 per hour non-negotiable due to contract rates.

Schedule

8:45am to 2:15pm, Monday–Friday. (Programs closed evenings and weekends.)

What You’ll Need:

• Reliable transportation to the Peoria, Sun City, or Surprise area.
• High school diploma or GED.
• 1–2 years of current or recent caregiving or adult day program experience (dementia experience a plus).
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Current, unexpired Fingerprint Clearance Card, CPR certification, TB clearance, First Aid, Food Handlers Card, and Article 9 certification. (We provide assistance with costs).
