Job summary

Benevilla in Peoria, AZ is seeking an Enrichment Partner (Caregiver) to support members with engaging activities and daily living needs while building positive relationships in a safe, welcoming environment.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, 1–2 years of caregiving experience, reliable transportation toPeoria/Sun City/Surprise, and the ability to pass a background check; schedule is 9am–4pm, Monday–Friday.

Enrichment Partner (Caregiver)

West Valley Adult Day Program - 8133 W. Cactus Rd., Peoria, AZ

$15.65 per hour non-negotiable due to contract rates

Schedule: 9am to 4pm, Monday–Friday. (Programs closed evenings and weekends.)

• Assist with personal care and daily living needs.

• Provide coverage support based on member ratio needs.

What You’ll Need:

• Reliable transportation to the Peoria, Sun City, or Surprise area.
• High school diploma or GED.
• 1–2 years of current or recent caregiving or adult day program experience (dementia experience a plus).
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Current, unexpired Fingerprint Clearance Card, CPR certification, TB clearance, First Aid, Food Handlers Card, and Article 9 certification. (We provide assistance with costs).
