Job summary

Benevilla is hiring Teacher’s Assistants in Surprise, AZ. This role supports lead teachers in daily activities, cares for and engages children, and helps create a safe, nurturing learning environment.

Qualifications

• 1 year of current or recent experience in early care and education or related experience (volunteering, nannying, or weekend nursery work counts).
• High school diploma or GED.
• Strong customer service, organizational, and confidentiality skills.
• Must complete a pre-employment health appraisal and maintain updated health documentation every two years in accordance with NAC accreditation standards.
• Ability to obtain certifications including Fingerprint Clearance, CPR, TB/Chest X-Ray, and Food Handler’s (we provide support for certification costs).

$15.68 per hour non-negotiable due to contract rates

Schedule:
