Enrichment Partner (Caregiver)

All Benevilla Adult Day Programs - Surprise, Sun City & Peoria, AZ.

$15.65 per hour non‑negotiable due to contract rates.

Schedule

Availability to work as needed between 8am to 5pm weekdays (Monday–Friday). Programs closed evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Support members in engaging, meaningful enrichment activities.
• Assist with personal care and daily living needs.
• Build positive, respectful relationships with members and teammates.
• Help maintain a safe, welcoming, and structured environment.
• Provide coverage support based on member ratio needs.

Qualifications

• Reliable transportation to the Peoria, Sun City, or Surprise area.
• High school diploma or GED.
• 1–2 years of current or recent caregiving or adult day program experience (dementia experience a plus).
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Current, unexpired Fingerprint Clearance Card, CPR certification, TB clearance, First Aid, Food Handlers Card, and Article 9 certification. (We provide assistance with costs.)
