Job summary

Benevilla in Arizona is seeking an Enrichment Partner (Caregiver) Floater to support members across three life enrichment programs in Peoria, Sun City, and Surprise. The role requires assisting with daily living, engaging activities, and maintaining a safe environment while floating between sites.

Applicants should have a high school diploma or GED, 1–2 years of caregiving experience, and be able to pass background checks and certifications. Transportation to sites is required.

Job description

Enrichment Partner (Caregiver) Floater:

• All Benevilla Adult Day Programs - Surprise, Sun City & Peoria, AZ.
• $15.65 per hour non-negotiable due to contract rates.
  

Schedule:

• 30-39 hours per week between 8am-5pm.
• Will be floating/covering as needed at any of our 3 life enrichment programs which are located in Peoria, Sun City & Surprise, AZ.
  (Programs closed evenings and weekends.)

What You’ll Need:

• Reliable transportation to the Peoria, Sun City, or Surprise area.
• High school diploma or GED.
• 1–2 years of current or recent caregiving or adult day program experience (dementia experience a plus).
• Ability to pass a background check.Current, unexpired Fingerprint Clearance Card, CPR certification, TB clearance, First Aid, Food Handlers Card, and Article 9 certification. (We provide assistance with costs).
