• Assist in designing, creating, initiating, facilitating, and implementing a variety of meaningful recreational and educational programs for IL, AL and Memory Care neighborhoods.
• Lead 6–7 high quality programs per day.
• Survey residents to determine interests and satisfaction with programs.
• Coordinate with the program team to plan calendars, events, and outings for the upcoming month.
• Promote participation and satisfaction among residents and families.
• Document and maintain required records and assist with resident transportation as needed.
