Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Services, Social Work, Public Administration, Business Administration, or related field preferred.

• Valid driver's license and ability to operate a vehicle.

Job TitleENOA, Medicaid Waiver Resource DeveloperHours Required40Job Description and HoursThe Resource Developer is responsible for identifying, recruiting, developing, and supporting service providers and community resources to ensure individuals have access to quality services and support. This role collaborates with providers, service coordinators, participants, and community partners to expand and maintain service capacity while ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and program requirements.Essential Functions and ResponsibilitiesMust report to work as scheduled on a regular and reliable basis.Successfully complete all required pre-service orientation and training.Must ensure confidentiality of all client information and act in accordance with HIPAA regulations.Ability to understand and comply with various laws, rules, regulations, policies, and guidelines as they pertain to both ENOA and ENHSA.Ability to communicate clearly, both orally and in writing and be able to establish effective working relationships with many different people, ranging from potential providers, directors, coordinators, professionals, community representatives, pertinent NDHHS staff, other support staff, and the general public.Be a strong team player with a positive attitude toward working with staff and with clients and their formal and informal support systems.Must have good computer skills with general knowledge of Microsoft Office and have the ability to learn other computer systems.Work within established standards for service coordination and employee's professional discipline when applicable.Basic knowledge of applicable state and federal laws, policies, and regulations as they relate to the Nebraska Medicaid Program.Recruit, develop, and maintain qualified service providers.Evaluate prospective providers to ensure eligibility and program compliance.Coordinate provider enrollment and onboarding activities.Provide training, technical assistance, and ongoing support to providers.Conduct provider monitoring and quality assurance reviews.Maintain accurate documentation and records.Facilitate annual provider agreement renewals and updates.Educate providers on program policies, billing requirements, and service standards.Monitor compliance with applicable state, federal, and organizational regulations.Investigate reports of abuse, neglect, exploitation, fraud, or other concerns involving provider services in accordance with agency policies and procedures.Consult with supervisor and leadership regarding provider-related issues as needed.Scan and upload provider information to provider databases.Perform other job duties as assigned by designated leadership.QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent.Coursework in social work, sociology, gerontology, human services, or a related field.Bachelor's degree in Human Services, Social Work, Public Administration, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.Ability to analyze information, solve problems, and manage multiple priorities.Valid driver's license and ability to operate a vehicle.#INDLP
