Job summary

Ibility LLC seeks an Enlistment Waiver Specialist to support the Ohio Army National Guard RR&B at Beightler Armory in Columbus, OH. You will review, prepare, and track medical, moral, administrative, and prior service waivers and MEPS requests, ensuring compliance with Army/National Guard regulations and accurate documentation.

Qualifications

• Requires U.S. citizenship and ability to handle sensitive information.
• Minimum 2+ years in military personnel, recruiting or accessions, records processing, or similar regulatory role.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data privacy/compliance.
• Ability to follow SOPs, meet tight deadlines, and stay composed under pressure.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to liaise with internal/external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Review waivers and MEPS physical requests against regulations before submission.
• Maintain waiver status logs and notify outcomes to appropriate personnel.
• Track and escalate non-compliant packets for corrective action and resubmission.
• Verify ASVAB/AFQT scores and eligibility against current criteria.
• Provide regulatory guidance to recruiters and staff via phone and email.
