Job summary

Ibility is seeking a Specialty Branch Support Analyst to support the Ohio National Guard's accessions and commissioning process. You will manage daily data entry across multiple systems, review records, and prepare documentation to ensure packets are accurate and on schedule.

You will verify licensure and credentials, handle education documents, and assist with compliance verification, in a role requiring careful data handling and collaboration with government personnel.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in data management, records processing, or similar role.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data privacy/compliance.
• Ability to follow established SOPs and meet tight deadlines.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with internal/external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Specialty Branch Accession Packet Processing: review, validate and process all Specialty Branch packets (AMEDD, JAG, IPAP, UK-MSW, Chaplain).
• Application Data Entry and Personnel-System Research: enter DCA applications daily and research personnel systems (IPPS-A, iPERMS).
• Administrative Actions, Waivers, and Education Documentation: process medical waivers and education documents in GIMS/MEDCHART/MATS.
• Applicant Eligibility, Credentialing, and Compliance Verification: verify nursing licensure, ecclesiastical endorsements, Selective Service, and sex-offender registration.
