Job summary

Ibility LLC is seeking a Specialty Branch Support Analyst for Ohio National Guard processes. You will review and process accession packets, manage data entry across systems, and prepare medical and education documents to ensure timely, compliant submissions.

You will verify licensure and endorsements, maintain strict data privacy, and collaborate with hybrid teams while occasionally traveling for training and coordination.

Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship and ability to handle sensitive information.
• 2+ years in data management, records processing, or similar role.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong attention to detail and privacy/compliance.
• Ability to follow SOPs and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with stakeholders.
• Eligible to obtain a secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Receive, review, and process Specialty Branch packets (AMEDD, JAG, IPAP, UK-MSW, Chaplain).
• Enter Direct Commission Accession applications and research personnel records.
• Prepare medical, educational, and licensure documents; verify eligibility.
• Verify nursing licensure and ecclesiastical endorsements; ensure compliance.
• Support in-person reporting at Beightler Armory and coordinate with remote teams.
