Job summary

CSA Global LLC seeks an Enlisted Senior Trainer to support operations at Gowen Field, Idaho. You will conduct doctrinal staff training on Army WfFs for leadership and staff, and directly support staff exercises in a trainer role.

Requires active Secret Clearance, a Bachelor’s degree, Battle Staff NCO Course, and Sergeants Major Academy completion, plus Battalion or higher echelon Sergeants Major experience. This is a full-time position on-site at Gowen Field.

Qualifications

• Active Secret Clearance required and must be maintained.
• Bachelor’s degree; Battle Staff NCO Course and Sergeants Major Academy completed.
• Previous Battalion level or higher Sergeants Major experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct doctrinal staff training on Army Warfighting Functions for command group and staff.
• Support staff exercises in a trainer role and align training with strategic plans.
• Track approved events and notify commander of changes or updates.

• Army & Other Agencies Job Type Full-time Description Client Solution Architects (CSA) is currently seeking an Enlisted Senior Trainer to support our program at Gowen Field, Idaho. For nearly 50 years CSA has delivered integrated technology and operational support services to meet the defense and federal sector's most complex enterprise needs. Working from operations centers and shipyards to training sites and program offices, CSA deploys experienced teams, innovative tools and proven processes to advance federal missions. ? This position is contingent upon contract award. How Role will make an impact: * Conduct doctrinal staff training on all Army WfFs educating the command group and staff on Mission command art and science as well as directly supporting staff exercises in a trainer role.
• Ensure training requests adhere to overall strategic plan and vision outlined by the unit commander for any given training year.
• Track all approved events and inform the commander or staff of any changes or updates to the training event.
• Requirements What you’ll need to have to join our award-winning team: * Clearance: Must possess and maintain an active Secret Clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree (subject immaterial), be a graduate of the Battle Staff NCO Course, and have completed the Sergeants Major Academy.
• Possess previous Battalion level or higher echelon Sergeants Major experience What Sets you apart: * Brigade or Division-level Sergeants Major and primary staff NCOIC experience
