Job summary

Union Square Hospitality Group is seeking a Back of House Team Member / Line Cook for our Daily Provisions location in Dupont Circle, Washington, DC. The role focuses on food preparation, cooking, and maintaining high kitchen standards in a fast-paced environment.

You will support the team with consistent equipment use, recipe adherence, and proper mise en place while contributing to Enlightened Hospitality. Competitive hourly pay and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a Line Cook position in a similar environment.
• Able to walk or stand for long periods of time.
• English fluency; additional languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support culture of Enlightened Hospitality.
• Prepare, cook and portion food to standards.
• Maintain and use kitchen equipment and tools.
• Keep prep dishes properly prepped, seasoned and cooked on time.
• Follow standard recipes and built sheets.
• Store mise en place with proper labeling and dating.
