Responsibilities

• Oversee testing administration under the supervision of the principal.
• ENL compliance reporting.
• Lesson planning aligned to CKLA curriculum.
• Prepare individual student reports.
• Create assessment reports for Yalow board meetings.
• Present at monthly board meetings.
• Address learning needs of ENL students.
• Maintain communication with students, families, and staff about outcomes.
• Teach ENL students for ~90% of time.
• Supervise a small cohort of ENL teachers.
