Job summary

Clean Scapes LLC is seeking an Enhancements Manager in Texas to lead bidding, financial oversight, and the design process for enhancements across accounts. You will drive new business, guide projects from design to completion, and develop enhancement team members while ensuring profitability and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Commercial landscape enhancements, construction, or project management experience required.
• Prior bidding/estimating experience strongly preferred.
• Experience developing and mentoring project teams is valued.

Responsibilities

• Lead the bidding process on major projects in conjunction with the design team, including estimating and proposal preparation.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, identifying new business prospects to grow the enhancements pipeline.
• Conduct heavy financial review of project budgets, costs, and profitability to meet margin targets.
• Oversee project schedules across multiple concurrent jobs, coordinating crews, materials, and equipment.
• Manage designers and review layouts, plant selection, and site plans to ensure client approval and field execution.
• Develop enhancement team members through training and coaching to strengthen capability.
• Verify project completion, ensuring scope, quality, and client expectations are met before close-out.
• Maintain on-site presence for supervision and issue resolution; ensure design intent is followed.
• Collaborate with general contractors, subcontractors, clients, and foremen to deliver exceptional client service and quality.
