Job summary

The ideal candidate has at least two years of landscape maintenance experience, a high school diploma or GED, and the ability to lead a team while reading drawings and operating landscaping equipment.

Qualifications

• Two years of professional landscape maintenance experience required.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• State Technician and/or Applicator license preferred but not required.
• General knowledge of irrigation systems and horticultural practices.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a crew on site ensuring safety and efficiency.
• Read architectural drawings and follow installation plans.
• Operate equipment (skid steer, excavator, backhoe) safely.
• Conduct landscape maintenance tasks and chemical applications as licensed.
• Ensure on-time, quality completion of assigned tasks.
• Support training and development of crew members.
