Ruppert Landscape seeks an Enhancement Manager for our Hilton Head Maintenance team. The role oversees enhancement projects from sale through delivery, ensuring customer satisfaction, profitability, and efficient operations.

You will manage budgets, develop field leadership, and collaborate across teams to hit sales objectives and maintain high service quality for clients in the Hilton Head area.

Qualifications

• Experience managing production teams and coordinating field staff.
• Proven sales ability and customer service focus.
• Strong communication skills in English, with leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee production, sales, and customer satisfaction for enhancements.
• Develop budgets and profitability targets for branch projects.
• Recruit, hire, and develop field staff across the branch.
• Coordinate material purchases, deliveries, and scheduling of crews.
• Prepare job packages and billings for enhancement work.
• Monitor costs and hours; review quarterly site inspections for quality.
