Job summary

Crossing Hurdles seeks a detail-oriented educator to perform realistic AI-assisted teaching tasks under standardized conditions. You will follow structured instructions, grade guidelines, and review AI outputs for accuracy, tone, grammar, and clarity.

You will apply expertise in literature and rhetoric to evaluate AI-generated writing, document findings with training tools, and draw on classroom experience to assess real-world teaching tasks. BA in English or related field required.

Qualifications

• Based in the United States with access to an iPhone and social accounts.
• Bachelor's degree in English, literature, creative writing, linguistics, education, or related humanities.
• Strong experience following detailed, multi-step instructions with accuracy and consistency.
• Strong experience teaching English or literature at the K-12, college, or adult education level.
• Strong knowledge of literary analysis, writing conventions, grammar, style, tone, and clarity.
• Hands-on experience using Google Classroom, Gmail, and Google Calendar for teaching and communication.
• Practical experience using AI tools and strong attention to detail when evaluating AI-generated writing.
