Ideal candidates hold a CNA license or HHA certificate, a valid driver license, and up-to-date CPR. A Level 2 background check is required, along with a recommended one-letter reference and tuberculosis or chest X-ray clearance.

Qualifications

• CNA license or HHA certificate required.
• Valid Driver License or State Photo ID.
• Second form of ID (SSN, Passport, etc.).
• Auto Insurance.
• CPR certification required (not online).
• TB or Chest X-ray clearance.
• Level 2 Background check through the Clearinghouse.
• CEU 1; one letter of recommendation.
• Experience with Alzheimer's, HIV, and medication assistance.
• Ability to use gait belts and Hoyer lifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care to assist with activities of daily living (Hygiene, Ambulation, Dressing).
• Assist with meals, errands, and medical appointments as needed.
• Perform housekeeping tasks (cleaning, laundry, dishes).
• Provide hospice supportive care when required.
• Administer medication reminders and monitor safety.
• Assist with exercises and mobility as directed.
• Support with incontinence care and transfers.
