Job summary

Right at Home Miami is seeking compassionate CNAs and HHAs in Miami, Florida to provide dedicated in-home care services. The role requires performing personal care, mobility assistance, meal prep, light housekeeping, and companionship.

The caregiver supports daily living activities, accompanies patients to appointments, and ensures a safe, clean environment. A Level 2 background check and valid ID are required; paid training is provided.

Qualifications

• CNA license or HHA certificate required.
• Valid Driver License or State Photo ID.
• Second form of ID (SSN, Passport, Voter's Verification, etc.).
• TB or Chest X-ray.
• Level 2 Fingerprint Background check.
• CPR Card (in-person).
• 1 letter of recommendation.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care activities such as hygiene, ambulation, dressing.
• Prepare meals and snacks per instructions.
• Assist with errands and medical appointments.
• Perform housekeeping tasks and laundry.
• Support hospice care, medication reminders, and exercises.
• Monitor patient condition and report changes.

Essential Functions

Performs personal care activities that assist the patient with activities of daily living. These could include (but are not limited to):

• Personal Hygiene
• Ambulation/Transfers
• Dressing/Shaving
• Prepares meals and snacks according to instructions
• Accompany patient on errands or medical appointments

Performs housekeeping activities which include (but are not limited to): vacuuming, dusting, sweeping or mopping floors, doing dishes, changing bed linens, doing laundry and cleaning bathroom

Performs patient-specific activities. These could include (but are not limited to):

• Providing hospice supportive care
• Medication reminders
• Assisting with exercises
• Incontinence care
• Use lifting equipment such as gait belts and Hoyer lifts

Preferred Experience in
