Job summary

Right at Home Miami Metro is seeking compassionate CNAs and HHAs to provide in-home care in Miami, Florida. You will assist with daily living activities, mobility, meal prep, and medication reminders under supervision of a franchisee.

Required CNA license or HHA certificate, valid driver's license, background check, and health screenings. We offer flexible scheduling, paid training, mileage reimbursement, and competitive benefits.

• TB or Chest X-ray required.

Responsibilities

• Performs personal care activities to assist daily living (hygiene, ambulation, dressing).
• Prepares meals and snacks per instructions; accompanies patient to appointments.
• Performs housekeeping tasks and light errands as needed.
• Provides medication reminders and hospice supportive care as required.

Essential Functions:

Performs personal care activities that assist the patient with activities of daily living. These could include (but are not limited to): Personal Hygiene Ambulation/Transfers Dressing/Shaving Prepares meals and snacks according to instructions Accompany patient on errands or medical appointments

Performs housekeeping activities which include (but are not limited to): vacuuming, dusting, sweeping or mopping floors, doing dishes, changing bed linens, doing laundry and cleaning bathroom Performs patient-specific activities. These could include (but are not limited to): Providing hospice supportive care Medication reminders Assisting with exercises Incontinence care Use lifting equipment such as gait belts and Hoyer lifts

Preferred Experience in:

• Hoyer lift
• Personal care
• Range of Motion Exercises
• Companionship
• Light cleaning

Requirements:

• CNA license or HHA Certificate
• Valid Driver License or State Photo ID
• Second form of ID (SSN, Passport, Voter's Registration, etc.)
• Auto Insurance
• CPR Card (cannot be an online class)
• TB or Chest X-ray
• Level 2 Fingerprint Background check
• Alzheimer's, HIV, and Assisting with medications
• CEU 1 letter of recommendation
