Right at Home Miami Metro in Cutler Bay, FL is seeking compassionate CNAs and HHAs to join our caregiving team. You will support patients with daily living activities, hygiene, mobility, meals, medication reminders, and companionship in home settings.

This entry-level role offers paid training, flexible scheduling, and reliable hours. We value reliability, empathy, and a valid CNA license or HHA certificate.

Qualifications

• CNA license or HHA certificate required.
• Valid driver license or state photo ID.
• Social Security card (in color).
• Proof of legal status.
• Background check and TB/Chest X-ray.
• CPR certification required (not online).
• 1 letter of recommendation.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (hygiene, ambulation, dressing).
• Support patient with meals, light housekeeping, and errands.
• Perform client-specific tasks, medication reminders, and mobility assistance.
• Use gait belts and Hoyer lifts as needed.
• Provide compassionate companionship and hospice support as appropriate.

Essential Functions

Performs personal care activities that assist the patient with activities of daily living. These could include (but are not limited to):Personal HygieneAmbulation/TransfersDressing/ShavingPrepares meals and snacks according to instructionsAccompany patient on errands or medical appointmentsPerforms housekeeping activities which include (but are not limited to): vacuuming, dusting, sweeping or mopping floors, doing dishes, changing bed linens, doing laundry and cleaning bathroomPerforms patient-specific activities.
