Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media on a fully remote, flexible schedule. You will engage in live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video outputs, and explain what’s off in writing to help improve AI systems.

Work is freelance (1099) with weekly payments and many projects across international regions. Earn up to $15/hr plus incentives, with access to premium LLMs and a truly remote workflow that fits your schedule.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Bachelor's degree or above preferred.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and discussing realistic scenarios naturally.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based reviews.
• Able to make a clear decision when both options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models, then ranking how natural, useful, and clear each one sounded.
• Comparing pairs of AI-generated images and videos and judging which follows the prompt more closely.
• Inspecting outputs to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering, or misaligned audio.
• Rating each output across dimensions like adherence, quality, and realism and writing a specific English explanation.
