Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will engage in live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video outputs, and explain what looks off, all remotely and on your own schedule.

As a remote, freelance role, you will help shape how advanced AI systems reason and improve, with flexible hours and pay up to $15/hr. Access to leading LLMs is provided, plus additional incentives.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with clear written communication.
• Excellent attention to detail and careful listening/speaking.
• Experience writing concise explanations or reviews is a plus.
• Comfortable making decisions when options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations with AI voice models.
• Ranking how natural and useful each response sounds.
• Comparing pairs of AI-generated images and videos and judging adherence to prompts.
• Writing a concise explanation of errors in English.
