Mynimo is seeking English & Spanish speaking Appointment Setters to join our remote team. You will make outbound calls to small business owners, present our website services, and schedule appointments with web designers.

Work from home during USA business hours (7:45 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. EST) with optional overtime. Base pay is PHP 6,350 per week plus incentives and allowances, with stable full-time opportunities.

Qualifications

• Excellent English and Spanish language skills, both verbal and written.
• Experience with appointment setting or comparable outbound calling experience.
• Ability to work from home with reliable internet, computer, and headset.
• Strong teamwork and customer-handling skills.
• Availability during USA business hours EST.

Job Description:

• Make outbound calls to small business owners using a dialing platform.

• Present and offer our website services to potential clients.

• Handle inbound calls from interested prospects and schedule appointments for them to speak with a web designer.

• Maintain professionalism and high standards of customer service throughout all calls.

What We Offer:

• Base Pay: PHP 6,350 per week, with a night differential bringing your weekly pay to PHP 7,000.

• Incentives: Weekly performance-based bonuses

• Additional Benefits:

Job Requirements:

• Excellent English AND Spanish language skills, both verbal and written.

• Experience with appointment setting OR equivalent outbound calling experience.

• Ability to work from home (Must have good internet access, a computer, and a headset.)

• A history of great teamwork

• Strong customer-handling skills

• Ability to work during USA business hours from 7:45 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time with overtime (7:45 p.m. to 4 a.m. Manila Time) Monday through Friday, along with an optional OT that runs through 5:0 a.m. Eastern Standard Time.
