Provide leadership to effectively plan, coordinate, and implement instructional programs that enable students to reach their highest social, emotional, and academic potential. Meet and instruct assigned classes at designated locations and times. Select and present materials aligned with curriculum guidelines. Develop and implement personalized learning programs, incorporating classroom technology such as audio, video, graphics, and research tools. Prepare adequately for classes and maintain safety and order in the classroom. Assist in implementing school policies, participate in meetings, and serve on committees. Perform additional duties as assigned by school administrators.
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution and state-required certification. Gifted ELAC Certification is required.
Strong organizational, planning, and instructional skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Successful teaching experience at the appropriate level is preferred.
