Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited four-year institution is required.
• State certification is preferred but not required.
• Experience in a K-12 classroom setting is strongly preferred.
• Strong content-area proficiency aligned to teaching certification or relevant study.

Responsibilities

• Implement state learning standards and IDEA curricula and assessments.
• curate and deliver grade-level content and texts.
• Submit weekly lesson plans two weeks in advance for feedback.
• Track student progress with formal and informal assessments.
• Communicate student progress weekly with families.
• Facilitate use of technology to support learning.
• Establish a consistent behavior management system aligned to campus initiatives.
• Contribute to a positive school culture and engage families.
