Job summary
Accenture is seeking a seasoned engineering practitioner and advisor to help leading organizations reinvent themselves by applying engineering expertise to product development, BPM, and blueprinting improvement strategies including Digital Thread/Twin and advanced analytics.
You will lead engineering transformations, participate in design to value and product strategy, and coach small teams while supporting client sales origination and thought leadership. Travel up to 75% may be required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience.
- 1 year of experience in internal or external consulting role at comparable level.
- 1 year of experience related to new technology (Digital Thread / Twin, Robotic Process Automation, Machine Learning, AI, Blockchain).
- Minimum 3 years of experience working on engineering improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Support clients across industries to address engineering issues.
- Lead small to medium teams (2-5) and coach others.
- Assist in client sales origination and thought leadership development.
- Drive innovations in product strategies and design to value.
- Apply advanced analytics and should-cost modelling to projects.
