Job summary

Accenture seeks an Engineering Consulting Manager – Functional Lead (Engineering & PLM) to drive engineering transformation and PLM-enabled process modernization. You will own functional designs, guide teams, and align PLM solutions with engineering and regulatory objectives.

As a trusted advisor, you will translate complex needs into scalable operating models and coach cross‑functional teams. Travel up to 100% may be required, and this role supports multiple industries across the US.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of experience on engineering improvement initiatives.
• Experience in a Fortune 500 company and leading workshops.
• Strong background in product engineering, R&D, manufacturing, or engineering systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead functional solution design for PLM and engineering transformations.
• Own functional requirements, process models, and user stories across PLM workstreams.
• Guide Digital Thread/PLM strategies and roadmaps with prioritized capabilities.
